Robin Plumb is a Managing Consultant and Leadership Coach with over 20 years of experience in talent and organizational development. She partners with organizations to accelerate their talent development initiatives and create greater alignment with

business objectives. She leverages her experience in leadership development to guide leaders outside of their comfort zones and hold them accountable for achieving their goals, while elevating their leadership capability. She’s worked across various industries such as data centers, technology, professional services, and HR/Management consulting with small, mid-sized and Fortune 100 companies.  Robin focuses on coaching, learning and development, team building, performance management and organizational development.  She has honed her skills by working both within organizations and in external consulting roles throughout her career and was most recently a Talent & Leadership Development Director for a large technology company in the Denver area.  This has uniquely positioned her to understand the needs of her clients and move to action more quickly. Throughout her career, Robin has worked in complex global organizations with locations in over 20 countries.

Robin is a certified Co-Active coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and is ACC certified from the International Coaching Federation. Robin is also certified in DISC and EQi 2.0 and 360. Robin also holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
